Terms & Conditions

By scheduling services with Clear Test BC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding between our team and your organization.


1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.

  • Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.

  • Rescheduling is allowed at no charge if more than 72 hours’ notice is provided.


2. Workplace Safety & Accessibility

  • Clear Test BC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if the worksite is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for testing or training.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible space is available for mobile services, including appropriate ventilation, lighting, and privacy where required.

  • If service cannot be completed due to site issues, cancellation fees may still apply.


3. Professional Standards & Conduct

  • All services are conducted by qualified personnel in accordance with industry best practices and provincial regulatory standards.

  • Our team maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Chain-of-custody procedures are followed for all testing that requires documentation or legal compliance.


4. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Clear Test BC provides on-site services only; no home visits are offered.

  • Our services are designed for workplace compliance and employee safety education. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Results and records are shared with authorized workplace contacts only, unless otherwise required by law.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are issued electronically and are payable within 15 days.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or service holds.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must inform Clear Test BC of any special access requirements, PPE mandates, or parking restrictions prior to the visit.

  • For training services, clients are responsible for ensuring employee attendance and an appropriate space for instruction.


7. Changes to Terms

  • Clear Test BC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and available upon request.
