1. What types of services do you offer?
We offer mobile drug testing and respirator fit testing. All services are performed on-site at your workplace by certified technicians.
2. Do you come to our job site, or do we have to visit a clinic?
All services are fully mobile. We come directly to your workplace, saving your team time and reducing downtime.
3. What areas do you serve?
We provide service from Vancouver to Hope, including all major cities in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
4. How soon can we schedule a visit?
Most bookings are scheduled within 5–10 business days. Rush service may be available upon request.
5. Is there a fee for service outside the Fraser Valley?
Yes. A $49.99 travel surcharge applies to appointments outside the Fraser Valley.
6. Do you provide documentation after testing?
Yes. We provide all necessary documentation, reports, and test certificates to support your internal safety and compliance requirements.
7. Are your staff certified?
Absolutely. All services are delivered by certified technicians and overseen by a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience.
8. How should we prepare for testing day?
We'll send you a preparation checklist in advance. Generally, ensure your team is aware of the appointment, available at the designated time, and in appropriate condition for testing.
9. How do we pay for the service?
We accept e-transfer, credit card, and business cheque. Invoices are sent after service and are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed upon in advance.
10. What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 72 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
11. Can we book multiple services at once?
Yes! You can book both drug testing and fit testing during the same visit to save time and minimize disruption.
12. Do you offer group pricing or business packages?
We offer competitive rates for teams and can customize pricing for larger groups. Contact us for a personalized quote.
